ORDER PROCESSING

Once your order has been placed successfully, it enters our order processing workflow. Order details should be checked carefully during checkout, particularly your delivery address and contact information.

Once an order has entered processing or has already been shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.

DELIVERY TIME

Our standard delivery estimate is generally between 12 and 15 working days.

Delivery times are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates. Weekends and public holidays may not count as working days.

SHIPPING COST

Any applicable shipping charge is calculated through the store and displayed during checkout before the order is placed.

Shipping rates may vary depending on the destination, order and shipping method available at checkout.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When tracking information becomes available for your shipment, it can be provided so you can follow the progress of the delivery.

DELIVERY DELAYS

Occasionally, a shipment may take longer than expected because of carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, high shipping volumes or other circumstances outside our direct control.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate delivery address during checkout. Please check the recipient name, street address, city, region, postal code and country before placing your order.

If you notice an address error after ordering, contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once the order has entered processing or shipment.
